Great Soles offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. If your return request is due to defective or damaged item, please send a picture detailing the damage along with your request for a return or exchange. No returns or exchanges are permitted on final sale merchandise.
All return requests should be initiated by contacting us at info@great-soles.com. Please do not ship products back to Great Soles until you are instructed to do so. For return orders not related to defects or damage, Great Soles will charge a 15% restocking fee on all product returned. Once we process your return we will advise how to ship it back.
All orders are expected to arrive 2 - 8 approximately days from the ship date. Additional transit times will be quoted for upgraded shipping choices.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
